To ensure the best experience, we’ve provided you with a guide as to what your Big Brekkie experience will look like
7.00am – Arrival and sign in
7.15am – Introduction to kitchen, food preparation begins
8.00m – Big Brekkie is served
8.45am – Big Brekkie concludes, pack up/wash up commences
9.15am – Tour of the House
Once Breakfast is prepared, all group members are encouraged to sit together with the families in the dining room to enjoy the breakfast together.
Kitchen clean-up is included as part of your experience and it’s important that all team members assist with the clean up.
Don’t forget to bring plastic containers for left overs!
Complementary tea, coffee, water and soft drinks are available at the House and there will be a short break for morning tea. Should you require anything else, there is a cafe located across the road.
Volunteer Declaration Form
Your main champion in your organisation will have briefed you about this amazing and unforgettable experience. It’s really important that you complete the Volunteer Declaration Form prior to the due date set by your main champion.
Our Big Brekkie caters for volunteer groups of 8-10 people where you have control of the kitchen, preparing and cooking for up to 40-50 people to serve in the morning at 8.00 am!
This amazing and unforgettable, hands-on experience provides an opportunity for team building, while you and your colleagues pay it forward to seriously ill children and families.
