Ronald McDonald House Randwick provides free accommodation and supportive Programs for families with seriously ill or injured children receiving treatment at Sydney Children’s Hospital. Our goal is to ease the financial and emotional strain so families can focus on their child’s recovery.
With 27 rooms and 4 Family Units, we can host up to 31 families each night. In 2025, we supported more than 820 family stays, including those who travelled from as far as Papua New Guinea for specialist care.
Our House offers welcoming communal spaces, including a children’s play area, backyard, lounge and dining room, Quiet Room, kitchen and laundry, creating a warm, supportive environment close to the hospital and local amenities. We also have a Food Services Coordinator ensuring families stay nourished.
Our dedicated staff and volunteers are here to support families for however long they need to stay.
